INCA Internet Co., Ltd. ("INCA") is a South Korean company that provides game developers, publishers, and other third parties ("Player") with solutions to online game cheating, called nProtect GameGuard ("GameGuard"). When serving customers, INCA processes personal data from players or other end users who play online games or other services ("Games") or otherwise use them. This is a privacy policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and is related to the processing of players' personal information. In this privacy policy, players can see a more detailed explanation of how their personal data is processed when serving customers. By using the game provided by the customer or accepting the terms and conditions of the game, the player also accepts the terms of this privacy policy, and the customer is deemed to entrust the management of the collected personal information of the player to Inca Internet.

The purpose of processing personal information is to provide INCA customers with solutions against online game cheating. In fact, this means that it allows for the exchange of information between INCA and customers about players who cheat in the game or use other methods that are not allowed. For clarity, customers have sole discretion to decide what kind of methods are interpreted as being disallowed.
INCA uses registered personal information according to the customer's instructions for the following purposes only.
- Identify a player's digital player account
- Collection, analysis and audit of player statistics;
- Prevention and resolution of players' in-game misuse (e.g., cheating and other disallowed methods); and/or
- Other equivalent purpose of use
At the time of registration or during the use of the game, we can collect the following data from the player.
- User name or player account identifier;
- In-game and other gameplay;
- Technical information about the hardware used to play the game, such as CPU, GPU, RAM identifier, etc.;
- Technical information and/or any technical information about the method, technology or the like used by the player in the game that may indicate the use of methods suspected or not permitted; or
- Other equivalent information
Personal data related to the player was obtained by the player using the game. The player account identification data was also obtained from a customer, such as Steam or a service provider, or from a customer's service provider. Players accept this information using a game or service provider.
For clarity, INCA does not determine or control technical methods for collecting in-game data or services related to the game, except for technical methods described in this Privacy Statement and other equivalent terms and conditions to prevent in-game misuse. (e.g., end-user license agreements for the game).
Other technology and data collection methods are determined and controlled solely by the customer or the service provider (and players should contact the customer directly in case of privacy concerns beyond INCA's scope of service).
Players' data is regularly released to customers or service providers to the extent necessary to implement sanctions against in-game misuse or to prevent or investigate in-game misuse. The information is also sent to the server used for service provision, registry and service backup.
Player's personal data will not be sold, leased, leased, licensed, borrowed or transferred or disclosed to any third party other than those specified in this Privacy Policy.
The player's personal data may be transferred to the customers stated in the Privacy Policy, which has been viewed from outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. However, if the player has started using a game or game-related service, this may be interpreted as a result. It is considered as an express consent to the international transmission of the player's personal data.
For clarity, information transmission is always carried out in a legal and professional manner, meaning that when transferring your personal data, you are relying on valid EU data protection measures, such as EU model provisions within your company.
Services are provided via secure communications, and personal data is stored using so-called industry best practices. Personal data is confidential and can only be accessed by customers who need access to such data for employment purposes.
Players have the right to review data stored in the registry about themselves. In this case, they should contact the registrar. The data stored in the registry is disclosed to players in a format that prevents INCA or third-party trade secrets or confidential information from being disclosed to the players.
Players have the right to demand corrections of inaccuracies regarding themselves in the event of a mistake in the service regarding the player's personal data. In this case, the player should contact the registrar.
Players have the right to ask customers to remove and/or destroy their personal data on the service and INCA's end-user register if that information is related to them. In this case, players should contact the customer or registrar. To eliminate any doubt, this request may prevent players from using the game.
